Ingredients
- 1 package pasta of choice
- 1 cup asparagus, fresh,peel the stalk and cut on the bias
- 1/2 pound green beans, fresh,cut on the bias
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 large shallots,sliced
- 2 small ripe tomatoes,slice into wedges
- 1/2 cup romano cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper,plus three tablespoons of melted butter
- 3 cloves roasted garlic,smashed
- 1/4 cup my lemon dressing or fresh lemon juice and olive oil
- FETA SALAD
- 1/2 bunch red leaf and romaine lettuce
- 2 cups arugula
- 3 small ripe tomatoes,cut into wedges
- 1/2 large seedless cucumber,diced
- 1/4 cup my lemon dressing or fresh lemon juice and olive oil
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
How To Make garden green pasta & feta salad

Step 1Cook the pasta according to the directions,strain and reserve,also reserve one cup of the pasta water.

Step 2Saute the shallots in a non stick fry pan in a tablespoon of olive oil until lightly browned. Toss the cut vegetables in the lemon dressing.Add to the pasta and toss together to combine.

Step 3Add the melted butter and the grated cheese,roasted garlic and toss to combine.If you need to add the pasta water now you can add a little a a time to moisten the pasta if needed.Place in serving dish and garnish with more grated cheese if desired.

Step 4Clean and chop all of the salad ingredients,toss with the dressing and sprinkle with feta cheese. Serve side by side with some crusty bread and butter,enjoy!!! :)
