Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp cooked and deveined(see directions below for cooking shrimp)
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 7 tablespoons evoo
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh oregano or 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 3 tablespoons cilantro chopped
- 3 tablespoons fresh basil chopped
- 2 cups red cherry tomatos halved
- 2 cups yellow cherry tomatoes halved
- 4 ounces capers
- - bread crumbs(progresso)
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 1/4 cups grated pecorrino romano
How To Make fra diavolo

Step 1Preheat oven to 375*F

Step 2Butter a 13x9x2 baking dish and place halved tomatoes, capers, 3TBL. of olive oil, salt and pepper and toss well.

Step 3Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top. Drizzle with olive oil and bake 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes

Step 4Toss shrimp in a bowl with salt and red pepper flakes. Heat 3 Tbl. oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Saute shrimp for about 1 minute.

Step 5Remove the shrimp add another 1 to 2 Tbl. oil and saute onion. Add wine, garlic and oregano. Add the baked tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes.

Step 6Add shrimp, basil and parsley and stir to coat.

Step 7Cook the pasta al dente according to the package directions. Drain. Add to skillet and toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese an serve.
