Ingredients For fra diavolo

1 lbshrimp cooked and deveined(see directions below for cooking shrimp)

1 tspred pepper flakes

7 Tbspevoo

1 mdonion sliced

1 cdry white wine
-
3 Tbspminced garlic
-
1/2 tspfresh oregano or 1/4 tsp. dried oregano

3 Tbspcilantro chopped
-
3 Tbspfresh basil chopped

2 cred cherry tomatos halved
-
2 cyellow cherry tomatoes halved
-
4 ozcapers
-
bread crumbs(progresso)
-
1/4 cchopped cilantro
-
1 1/4 cgrated pecorrino romano
How To Make fra diavolo

1Preheat oven to 375*F

2Butter a 13x9x2 baking dish and place halved tomatoes, capers, 3TBL. of olive oil, salt and pepper and toss well.

3Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top. Drizzle with olive oil and bake 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes

4Toss shrimp in a bowl with salt and red pepper flakes. Heat 3 Tbl. oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Saute shrimp for about 1 minute.

5Remove the shrimp add another 1 to 2 Tbl. oil and saute onion. Add wine, garlic and oregano. Add the baked tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes.

6Add shrimp, basil and parsley and stir to coat.

7Cook the pasta al dente according to the package directions. Drain. Add to skillet and toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese an serve.
