- 1 box macaroni and cheese
- 1 can ro-tel (tomatoes and chilies), any variety you like
How To Make easy mexican mac-n-cheese

Step 1The mac and cheese comes with the pasta and the cheese powder. Cook the macaroni as directed about 7 1/2 to 8 minutes. Drain.

Step 2DO NOT ADD THE MILK AND BUTTER as called for on the box. To the pasta, add the envelope of cheese powder and the can (undrained) of Ro-tel. Mix well and heat on low until warm.

Step 3Serve immediately.
