  • CRAB ALFREDO

  • 1/2 c
    half and half
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 8 oz
    crab - real or fake
  • 1/2 c
    parmigiano-reggiano, grated
  • 2 c
    farfalle (bow ties) uncooked
  • SIDE KICKER PORK

  • 2 Tbsp
    instant coffee powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 2
    pork roast slices

How to Make Easy Crab Alfredo with a side kicker Pork for 2

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix the kicker ingredients and coat pork Slices.
    Put a little oil in pan and cook pork slices.
  2. Cook noodles and while cooking start sauce.

    Mix together all the sauce ingredients and simmer. If needed at last minute you can thicken with a little cornstarch. I did. Add real or fake crab (mine was fake) and set off to side while you put everything all together. Mix sauce with cooked noodles and put on plates along side side kicker pork and serve with extra parmesan cheese.
