Ingredients

  • 2-3/4 c
    bottled light alfredo sauce, like ragu light
  • 6
    no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 1-1/2 c
    cooked, shredded chicken breast
  • 1
    10 oz pkg frozen, chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1-1/2 c
    shredded reduced-fat, italian-style cheese

How to Make Easy chicken florentine lasagna

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 450. Spray an 8"-square baking pan w/ cooking spray. Spread 1/2 cup sauce into bottom of pan.
  2. Arrange 2 noodles over sauce. Top w/ 1/2 the chicken and 1/2 the spinach. Sprinkle w/ pepper. Top w/ 3/4 cup sauce and 1/2 the cheese.
  3. repeat layering, ending w/ sauce. Cover w/ foil. Bake 25 mins. Uncover, top w/ remaining cheese and bake 5 mins more.
