Ingredients

  • 2-3/4 cup bottled light alfredo sauce, like ragu light
  • 6 - no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 1-1/2 cup cooked, shredded chicken breast
  • 1 - 10 oz pkg frozen, chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1-1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat, italian-style cheese

How To Make easy chicken florentine lasagna

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 450. Spray an 8"-square baking pan w/ cooking spray. Spread 1/2 cup sauce into bottom of pan.
  • Step 2
    Arrange 2 noodles over sauce. Top w/ 1/2 the chicken and 1/2 the spinach. Sprinkle w/ pepper. Top w/ 3/4 cup sauce and 1/2 the cheese.
  • Step 3
    repeat layering, ending w/ sauce. Cover w/ foil. Bake 25 mins. Uncover, top w/ remaining cheese and bake 5 mins more.
