Easy Beef Lasagna
1 lbground beef
1 jar(s)ragu pasta sauce (whatever kind you like)
15 ozricotta cheese
2 cshredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
12lasagna noodles, cooked
How to Make Easy Beef Lasagna
- Preheat oven to 375
- Brown ground beef in skillet, drain. Stir in Ragu Pasta Sauce, heat through.
- combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese and eggs in large bowl.
- Spray 13x9 baking dish with Pam. Spread 1cup meat sauce in dish, Layer 4 lasagna noodles, then 1 cup meat sauce and 1/2 of the ricotta cheese mixture, repeat. Top with remaining noodles and sauce. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered an additional5 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
- Sometimes I'll add a can of stewed tomatoes and Italian seasoning. I prefer Ragu's Mama Special sauce, but any of the sauces work just fine. Just use what you like! ENJOY!
