easy beef lasagna
(1 RATING)
I got this recipe off a jar of Ragu sauce years ago because my husband wanted "homemade lasagna". Me, a young southern newlywed had no idea what that was, or how to make it. But once I tried this recipe, my husband loved it! This past August we celebrated out 40th wedding anniversary...maybe it was the Lasagna?...

How To Make easy beef lasagna
-

Step 2Brown ground beef in skillet, drain. Stir in Ragu Pasta Sauce, heat through.
-
Step 3combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese and eggs in large bowl.
-
Step 4Spray 13x9 baking dish with Pam. Spread 1cup meat sauce in dish, Layer 4 lasagna noodles, then 1 cup meat sauce and 1/2 of the ricotta cheese mixture, repeat. Top with remaining noodles and sauce. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered an additional5 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Step 5Sometimes I'll add a can of stewed tomatoes and Italian seasoning. I prefer Ragu's Mama Special sauce, but any of the sauces work just fine. Just use what you like! ENJOY!
