Ingredients

  • oz
    noodles, medium sized
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/3 c
    chopped, onions
  • 1 tsp
    chopped, celery
  • 1 can(s)
    8 oz tomatoe sauce
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    cottage cheese
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream

How to Make Double Cheese Delight

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook Noodles for 3 minutes then drain.
    Brown Ground beef with onions and celery then drain off fat.
  2. Stir in tomato sauce and salt. Remove from heat stir in cottage cheese, sour cream and noodles. Pour into a ungreased casserole dish .
  3. Bake 350 degrees.
