Dewie's Favorite Goulash

3 cmacaroni, elbow
1 lbground beef
2 can(s)tomato sauce (8 oz. cans)
1/2 tspdry mustard
2 Tbsponion flakes (or 1/2 cup minced onion)
2 ozgrated cheddar cheese
1 can(s)water (use the 8 oz tomato sauce can to measure the water)
How to Make Dewie's Favorite Goulash
- Brown hamburger and drain. Add tomato sauce, water. salt, pepper, dry mustard, and onion flakes and simmer 20 minutes.
- While sauce is cooking, bring 4 quarts water to a rapid boil, add macaroni and cook, uncovered at a rapid boil 6-8 minutes, or until tender when cut with a fork. Drain and rinse with cold water. Place macaroni in a buttered 2 quart baking dish.
- Add 2 Tbsp grated cheese to meat sauce and stir until melted. Pour about 3/4 of sauce over macaroni and mix. Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
