1 tspminced garlic
1 tspchili powder
1 can(s)kidney beans drained
1 can(s)diced tomatoes with garlic and onion
1 celbow macaroni uncooked
1 cshredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cdiced onion (option)
How to Make Chili Mac
- In large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is no longer pink and onions are softened
- Add minced garlic, chili powder, beans, tomatoes, macaroni and water.
- Bring to a boil.
Cover and reduce heat to low.
Simmer for 15-20 minutes, until macaroni is tender.
- Add cheese and cover for 2 minutes until melted.
