bob w's cheese bacon & turkey macaroni bake

I love using Knorr pasta sides and adding my own touch to them. This is some thing I came up with using some left over turkey. Kathy really enjoyed it.. I tried to post pictures with this but could not get them to post. I will try again later.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages khorr pasta sides, cheesy bacon macaroni
  • 3 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 stick real butter
  • 2 cups cooked and diced turkey
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked macaroni
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups italian style bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese, your choice. i used 6 cheese italian
  • 3 slices american cheese

How To Make bob w's cheese bacon & turkey macaroni bake

  • Step 1
    You will need a large sauce pan and a 8x8 baking dish. In a no-stick cook bacon till well done, remove and crumble. In a large sauce pan add chicken stock, butter, and milk. Bring up to a slow boil. Add two packages of pasta sides and uncooked macaroni. Cook on med-high heat for 8 minutes. Now add turkey and American cheese. Cook till cheese is melted and turkey is hot.
  • Step 2
    Remove pan from stove and let cool for 5-6 minutes. Spray baking dish with Pam. Per-heat oven to 350. Put a layer of macaroni down. then a layer of bread crumbs a little bacon and a layer of shredded cheese. Top with a 2nd layer of all. Smooth evenly.
  • Step 3
    Place baking dish in the oven. Uncovered. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
