Ingredients

  • 16 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 can flaky refrigerated biscuits
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup sour creasm
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon each, salt and pepper

How To Make biscuit mac-n-cheese

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg casserole dish w/ cooking spray. Cook macaroni as directed, drain. In lg bowl, combine soup, sour cream, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    In saucepan, mely butter over medium heat. Add cheese, stir until cheese is melted. Reserve 1/4 cup cheese. Pour remaining cheese sauce over macaroni, mix well. Pour the soup mix over macaroni and mix.
  • Step 3
    Cut each bisciut into quarteres and fold into macaroni mix. Spoon everything into casserole dish. Cover, bake 25 mins. Sprinkle w/ reserved cheese. Bake 20 mins more.
