No a big fan of noodles but Eric is so here goes. This is easy to make and filling with a great taste.

Ingredients

  • 12 - grinds of weber kickin chicken seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon adolgh's meat tenderizer seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon grill master woschestershire pub burger seasoning
  • 1 package stewing beef or 1 pound beef roast or steak
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon horseradish from a jar
  • 1 tablespoon kitchen bouquet
  • 1-2 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1/2 box noodles, (2-3 cups uncooked) i used farfalle (bow ties)

How To Make beef and noodles

  • Step 1
    Cut the meat into bite sized pieces and mix with the spices (grill master, weber, and meat tenderizer) put in the fridge over night.
  • Step 2
    Next day saute the meat, onions, and garlic in a pan until brown. Then add kitchen bouquet, and horseradish. Simmer over med-low heat for 25-30 minutes with 2-3 cups water while you cook the noodles.
  • Step 3
    when noodles are almost done add corn starch mixed with a little water to the beef and stir until thickened.
  • Step 4
    Serve the beef mix over the noodles
