    broccoli, bunch
  • 1
    head of cauliflower
  • 5 large
  • 1 large
  • 1 large
    sweet potato
  • 1 pkg
    fresh mushrooms
  • 20
    baby brussell sprouts
  • 12
    italian sausage, hot
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    salt and pepper, roasted garlic & red pepper, garlic powder

How to Make Veggie Bake


  1. Chop all the veggies into bite sized pieces. The ones listed are just a suggestion, add or delete to the list as preferred. We usually go with whatever is in season.
  2. Mix all veggies in a large roaster. Toss with olive oil and sprinkle with spices of your choice to taste. Top veggies with sausages.
  3. Bake uncovered at 350F for 2 hours or until veggies are soft. Turn sausages after 1 hour to brown both sides.
