1Cook thawed and drained spinach according to package directions. Season and set aside.
In medium skillet, spayed with cooking oil spay, saute' the onion.
2Add the spinach and cook a few minutes.
Whisk the egg and egg whites in a medium bowl.
Add the cheese and spinach and onion mixture and spoon the mixture into a deep dish pie plate that has been sprayed lightly with cooking oil spray.
3Bake in a preheated oven at 375' for 25 minutes or until a testing knife comes out clean.
May be made with 10oz. frozen Asparagus spears, chopped, if desired.
