1 package u shaped sausage, sliced
5 medium potatoes cut sm/med chunks
7 large carrots, chopped
1 stick butter, sliced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 medium onion, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
4 dashes salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

How To Make sausage casserole

Step 1

Set oven to 350 degrees, line a 9x13 pan with foil

Step 2

Chop all ingredients and slice sausage add to pan
Step 3

Add remaining ingredients
Step 4

Top pan with foil bake 30-45 min or until vegetables are soft.
