Ingredients
- 1/2 bag lentils
- 4 medium carrots
- 1 can organic diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons diced garlic
- 1 bunch cilantro, fresh
- 1/4 cup italian dressing
- Dashes - hot sauce
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 1 large onion
How To Make lentil, tomato, with cilantro mix

Step 1Rinse & drain lentils then add to saucepan with garlic added, for cooking at medium heat approximately 30-40 min.

Step 2Peel & slice carrots & chop onions adding to the lentils during the last 15 min. Of cooking. Chop Red bell pepper but don't cook them As these go in the dressing mixture.

Step 3Wash thoroughly the sprigs of cilantro then shake dry to chop. I include the chopped stems too. Then place into a bowl adding the dressing, red bell peppers & hot sauce.

Step 4During the last 5 min. Of cooking add the tomatoes & the dressing mixture then serve.
