- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup peas
- 6 1/2 ounces water packed tuna, drained
- 2-4 slices whole grain bread, toasted
How To Make creamed tuna and peas

Step 1Over medium heat, melt butter in a large skillet. Stir in the flour. Add the milk and stir to combine.

Step 2Add the peas and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes until peas are tender.
