conglomerate of tailgate appetizers quiche
As Super Bowl Sunday approached, I kept on thinking of how I could do something different. This came to me in the middle of the night. It's an absolute winner combining popular football appetizers into one in a quiche!

How To Make conglomerate of tailgate appetizers quiche
-
Step 1This recipe makes two crustless quiches. (Believe me, you will need two). Grease two 9 inch round pans & Preheat oven to 350 Make sure racks are in the middle.
-
Step 2Saute onion in butter and beer until caramelized. Set aside.
-
Step 3De-bone thawed wings and break into small pieces, slice each prepared mozzarella stick into four pieces, thaw sliders, discard buns and slice burger/onion into chunks, chop and de-seed jalapeno and prepare cheeses. Add sauteed onions. Divide the mixture between two pans.
-
Step 4Dot with small, evenly spaced dollops of cream cheese then sprinkle with Pepper Jack and mozzarella cheeses. Thoroughly blend eggs, half-and-half and spices in blender and slowly pour over pans, dividing evenly between the two.
-
Step 5Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes until brown on top and cooked through (cook time will vary depending on your oven). ENJOY!
