Ingredients
- 1-2 pound pork stew meat
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground farro flour (or any other kind)
- 1/4 teaspoon each of salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 large yellow onion, chopped
- 4 cups water
- 1 package container baca's frozen mild green chilies or large can of green chilies, chopped
- 28 ounces la victoria green enchilada sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 4 medium jalapenos, seeded and chopped
- 4 large potatoes, peeled, and diced in ½ inch cubes
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make chile verde potato stew

Step 1Toss cubed meat in the flour and salt and pepper to lightly coat it.

Step 2In a pressure cooker with oil, heat, add the meat and brown.

Step 3Add all of the ingredients except the potatoes and cilantro.

Step 4Cover and cook for 30 minutes on high pressure.

Step 5Drop pressure and remove lid.

Step 6Add the potatoes and cook for six minutes.

Step 7Open again and stir in cilantro.

Step 8Serve
