Ingredients For yummy meatloaf

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef or turkey
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2/3 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    onion, chopped
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    sage, ground
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • TOPPING
  • 1/4 c
    ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp
    dry mustard

How To Make yummy meatloaf

  • 1
    Soak crumbs in milk. Add meat, eggs, onion, seasonings into bowl with crumbs and mix. In separate bowl mix ketchup, brown sugar, nutmeg, and dry mustard.

    Spray loaf pan with cooking spray. Put meat mixture into pan and spread top with ketchup mixture.

    Bake for one hour.
