This is a great, tender meatloaf the whole family can enjoy.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces vegetarian meat (i use yves)
- 1/2 package beef and onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 - green pepper
- 5 slices white bread
- - nonstick spray
- MEATLOAF GLAZE
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 5 teaspoons brown sugar
How To Make vegetarian meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine vegetarian meat, beef and onion soup mix, garlic and finely diced green peppers.

Step 3Tear bread into small quarter sized crumbs. Add to mixture. Stir well.

Step 4Add oil and beaten eggs. Mix. Add shredded cheese. Mix.

Step 5Spray dish with nonstick spray before putting in oven. Either use loaf pan or make into loaf shape on any pan. Bake about 35 minutes.

Step 6GLAZE: mix ketchup, mustard, brown sugar. Top meatloaf. If you are not using loaf pan, coat the sides as well to prevent it from drying out.
