tomato sauce

barbecue sauce

How to Make Healthy meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  • 1Pre-heat oven to 180
  • 2Dice onion and carrot
  • 3In a large bowl mix together breadcrumbs,carrot,onion,herbs, salt and pepper.
  • 4Shape the meat into loaf form
  • 5Bake for 25 minutes
  • 6Peel and quarter potatoes, place in saucepan and cover, boil for 15 minutes or until tender
  • 7Drain potatoes, top and tail green beans
  • 8Place corn and beens in microwave safe bowl and cook for 5 minutes
  • 9Place potatoes in bowl, mash
  • 10Add milk,butter and continue to mash until smooth
  • 11Remove meatloaf from oven, drain extra fat from the baking tray, brush the top with the B-B-Q sauce and bake for 10 minutes
