2frozen corncobs

How to Make Healthy meatloaf
- Pre-heat oven to 180
- Dice onion and carrot
- In a large bowl mix together breadcrumbs,carrot,onion,herbs, salt and pepper.
- Shape the meat into loaf form
- Bake for 25 minutes
- Peel and quarter potatoes, place in saucepan and cover, boil for 15 minutes or until tender
- Drain potatoes, top and tail green beans
- Place corn and beens in microwave safe bowl and cook for 5 minutes
- Place potatoes in bowl, mash
- Add milk,butter and continue to mash until smooth
- Remove meatloaf from oven, drain extra fat from the baking tray, brush the top with the B-B-Q sauce and bake for 10 minutes
