    fresh bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 Tbsp
    tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried herbs
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    barbecue sauce
  • 8
    green beans
  • 2
    frozen corncobs
  • 2

How to Make Healthy meatloaf


  1. Pre-heat oven to 180
  2. Dice onion and carrot
  3. In a large bowl mix together breadcrumbs,carrot,onion,herbs, salt and pepper.
  4. Shape the meat into loaf form
  5. Bake for 25 minutes
  6. Peel and quarter potatoes, place in saucepan and cover, boil for 15 minutes or until tender
  7. Drain potatoes, top and tail green beans
  8. Place corn and beens in microwave safe bowl and cook for 5 minutes
  9. Place potatoes in bowl, mash
  10. Add milk,butter and continue to mash until smooth
  11. Remove meatloaf from oven, drain extra fat from the baking tray, brush the top with the B-B-Q sauce and bake for 10 minutes
