Ingredients
- 250 mg - mince
- 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1/2 cup carrot
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried herbs
- 1 tablespoon egg
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 8 - green beans
- 2 - frozen corncobs
- 2 - potatoes
How To Make healthy meatloaf

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 180

Step 2Dice onion and carrot

Step 3In a large bowl mix together breadcrumbs,carrot,onion,herbs, salt and pepper.

Step 4Shape the meat into loaf form

Step 5Bake for 25 minutes

Step 6Peel and quarter potatoes, place in saucepan and cover, boil for 15 minutes or until tender

Step 7Drain potatoes, top and tail green beans

Step 8Place corn and beens in microwave safe bowl and cook for 5 minutes

Step 9Place potatoes in bowl, mash

Step 10Add milk,butter and continue to mash until smooth

Step 11Remove meatloaf from oven, drain extra fat from the baking tray, brush the top with the B-B-Q sauce and bake for 10 minutes
