    fresh basil leaves
  • 8 oz
    small, fresh, lightly-salted mozzarella balls
  • 3 Tbsp
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • ·
    kosher or sea salt

How to Make Tomato Mozzarella Salad


  1. Combine Tomatoes & Mozzarella into a large bowl and slice into smaller pieces as you see fit.
  2. Add your basil leaves and mix softly while adding olive oil & vinegar.
  3. Salt to taste and refrigerate until serving.
