  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes (sliced or whole)
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 8 ounces small, fresh, lightly-salted mozzarella balls
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • - kosher or sea salt

How To Make tomato mozzarella salad

  • Step 1
    Combine Tomatoes & Mozzarella into a large bowl and slice into smaller pieces as you see fit.
  • Step 2
    Add your basil leaves and mix softly while adding olive oil & vinegar.
  • Step 3
    Salt to taste and refrigerate until serving.
