- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 1 pound italian sausage casing removed
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped
- 5 ounces bag baby spinach
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make gnocchi with sausage and spinach

Step 1cook gnocchi according to pkg. reserve 1/4 cup of cooking liquid

Step 2heat oil in large skillet, add onion and sausage until browned. Add garlic, spinach, salt and pepper.

Step 3Add drained gnocchi and the reserved liquid. Add parmesan cheese. toss and serve
