Stove Top


  • 17 oz
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 medium
    onion finely chopped
  • 1 lb
    italian sausage casing removed
  • 1 clove
    garlic finely chopped
  • 5 oz
    bag baby spinach
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How to Make gnocchi with sausage and spinach


  1. cook gnocchi according to pkg. reserve 1/4 cup of cooking liquid
  2. heat oil in large skillet, add onion and sausage until browned. Add garlic, spinach, salt and pepper.
  3. Add drained gnocchi and the reserved liquid. Add parmesan cheese. toss and serve
