Ingredients
- 4 medium heirloom tomatoes
- 12 - (1-ounce) slices mozzarella cheese
- 14 - grape tomatoes halved
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup very thinly sliced fresh basil
- 1/4 cup diced sweet onion
How To Make caprese salad

Step 1Layer the tomatoes and mozzarella on serving platter, beginning and ending with tomatoes. place the grape tomatoes on and around the tomatoes and mozzarella. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinke the salad with salt and pepper. garnish with basil and onion. serve immediatly
