I love this recipe and so do my fish eating friends. I usually serve it over brown rice with a side of steamed broccoli.
If you like more spice you could use tomatoes with green chilies.

How to Make Tomato Dressed Fish

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat over @350
  2. Lightly salt & pepper fish and lay in shallow pan. Don't crowd the fish.
  3. Pour the tomatoes over fish and put in oven. Check after 15 minutes and continue baking until fish flakes easily with a fork.
