How To Make spiced cherry flounder
-
Step 1This method works with frozen flounder. Right out of the freezer, pour all of teriyaki and grenadine over the fish. Then add half of all the spices (EXCEPT FOR CLOVES) you are using, over the fish. Let frozen fish marinate by sitting in room temp for about 2 hours.
-
Step 2After an hour, turn over the fish and top the other side with the remaining spices (EXCEPT FOR CLOVES).
-
Step 3Preheat oven to 425. Place fish, and the marinade juices, in baking dish. Top with butter, jam, another dash of grenadine, and cloves.
-
Step 4Cover with foil and bake for 20-22 minutes, until fish is tender in the center.
