Ingredients

3 can(s)salmon (6 oz)

1 cpanko bread crumbs

2eggs beaten
-
3 Tbspheaping mayonnaise

1 1/2 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1 1/2 tspfresh lemon juice
-
1 tspdry mustard
-
2 Tbspvegetable oil
-
2 pinchemeril's essence (recipe below)
-
5shakes of dill
-
·salt and pepper to taste
-
2 Tbspfresh basil chopped
How to Make Salmon Patties
- Mix all ingredients together except the vegetable oil. Taste and adjust seasoning accordingly to your preference. Chill for 30 minutes in refrigerator to allow flavors to combine.
- Form mixture into about 6 patties. Heat vegetable oil and fry the salmon patties until golden brown. About 4 minutes each side. As a note, I have used cooked salmon in lieu of canned salmon and it came out great! Make your own tartar sauce or garlic aoli and serve away!

2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried thyme
Directions
Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Put in a jar and use it for many things!
