How to Make Salmon Cakes

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a bowl, mix salmon, egg and cheese and stir will.
  • 2In a large frying pan, add oil and heat on Medium heat.
  • 3Using a tablespoon, place a spoonful of salmon mixture into the oil and flatten slightly to form a patty. Brown on each side or until crispy and cooked through.
