Salmon Cakes

This is an easy way to make salmon cakes without carbs. It is just as tasty and has only half the calories or regular salmon cakes.

  • 3 1/2 oz
    salmon in a pouch
  • 1
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • olive oil, extra virgin

How To Make

    In a bowl, mix salmon, egg and cheese and stir will.

    In a large frying pan, add oil and heat on Medium heat.

    Using a tablespoon, place a spoonful of salmon mixture into the oil and flatten slightly to form a patty. Brown on each side or until crispy and cooked through.
