rosemary lemon-garlic tilapia
This was one flavorful easy dish! I served with a pepper salsa! I baked in oven but also can be grilled. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 4 - tilapia fillets 6oz
- - salt
- - fresh ground pepper
- - fresh rosemary
- 1-2 - lemons sliced thin
- 2 - garlic cloves cut in 4s
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make rosemary lemon-garlic tilapia

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 On a foil lined baking sheet, spray with cooking spray. Salt and pepper fillets. Place fresh rosemary (about 3in pieces.) on each piece of fish. Top rosemary with 2-3 thin sliced lemons. Place garlic cloves around pan near fillets. Add more seasoning if You like. Drizzle with olive oil.

Step 2Cover tent like pan with more tin foil and bake for 15-18min. Mine was perfect. Depending on size. Remove tin foil and serve up with Your favorite side and more lemon wedges and rosemary. Enjoy!!!

Step 3This also can be made in individual foil packets on the grill!
