On a foil lined baking sheet, spray with cooking spray.
Salt and pepper fillets. Place fresh rosemary (about 3in pieces.) on each piece of fish. Top rosemary with 2-3 thin sliced lemons. Place garlic cloves around pan near fillets.
Add more seasoning if You like. Drizzle with olive oil.
2Cover tent like pan with more tin foil and bake for 15-18min. Mine was perfect. Depending on size.
Remove tin foil and serve up with Your favorite side and more lemon wedges and rosemary. Enjoy!!!
