This quick and easy fish entree is spicy and savory. I serve it with home made pinto beans, but any starch will do.

Ingredients
- 1 pound fish filets, your choice
- 1/2 large white onions
- 1 1/2 large tomato
- 1/4 cup cilantro, fresh
- 2 large serrano chiles
- 3 ounces olive oil, extra virgin
- 3 ounces red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 3/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- PICO DE GALLO
How To Make pico de gallo fish

Step 1Marinade any fish in honey mustard dressing, salt & pepper to cover while chopping Pico de Gallo.

Step 2Chop each ingredient and add to a bowl, then toss like a salad.

Step 3Place in frig while pan frying fish. I use coconut oil, (just enough to cover the bottom of the pan), to fry for about 3 or 4 minutes on each side.

Step 4Top fish with Pico de Gallo & serve with a starch. I serve with home made pinto beans.
