1/2 c
lemon juice, fresh
1/2 Tbsp
parsley flakes

How to Make Pan grilled tilapia

Step-by-Step

  • 1juice your lemons in a bowl.
  • 2Next, coat your fillets in the lemon juice and add the cheese and parsley in another bowl. Roll your fillet until it is coated evenly on both sides.
  • 3On a non stick pan, spray your pan and set on medium heat.
  • 4cook your tilapia fillets 5-6 minutes on each side.
