Ingredients

  • 2 - tilapia fillets
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, fat-free
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/2 tablespoon parsley flakes

How To Make pan grilled tilapia

  • Step 1
    juice your lemons in a bowl.
  • Step 2
    Next, coat your fillets in the lemon juice and add the cheese and parsley in another bowl. Roll your fillet until it is coated evenly on both sides.
  • Step 3
    On a non stick pan, spray your pan and set on medium heat.
  • Step 4
    cook your tilapia fillets 5-6 minutes on each side.
