- 2 - tilapia fillets
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, fat-free
- 1/2 cup lemon juice, fresh
- 1/2 tablespoon parsley flakes
How To Make pan grilled tilapia

Step 1juice your lemons in a bowl.

Step 2Next, coat your fillets in the lemon juice and add the cheese and parsley in another bowl. Roll your fillet until it is coated evenly on both sides.

Step 3On a non stick pan, spray your pan and set on medium heat.

Step 4cook your tilapia fillets 5-6 minutes on each side.
