How to Make Pan grilled tilapia


  1. juice your lemons in a bowl.
  2. Next, coat your fillets in the lemon juice and add the cheese and parsley in another bowl. Roll your fillet until it is coated evenly on both sides.
  3. On a non stick pan, spray your pan and set on medium heat.
  4. cook your tilapia fillets 5-6 minutes on each side.
