oven fried fish
I'm not sure where I found this recipe, but I'm so glad I did! These are very simple to make and so delicious, you'll never miss fried fish! We're do not diet nor are we watching calories, or frankly do we even worry at all about healthy eating in this house, but still, we love this fish, and I'm always surprised I'm eating baked fish!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds flounder or other white fish filets
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 dashes hot sauce
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup corn flake crumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 - fresh lemon, cut into slices
How To Make oven fried fish

Step 1Preheat oven to 475 degrees

Step 2place fish on a plate and pour lemon juice over it. let soak for a moment.

Step 3In a shallow dish, combine milk, hot sauce, and garlic. In a second dish, combine pepper, salt, onion powder, and cornflake crumbs.

Step 4Dip fish in milk mixture and roll in corn flake crumbs. Arrange on a baking dish, prepared with cooking spray.

Step 5Bake for 20 minutes on middle rack without turning.

Step 6Garnish with fresh lemon.
