lime crusted fish
We like to have fish around our table several times a week. I thought this one up while trying to find a different way to enjoy. We think that the amount of lime is just right - you get a hint of flavor but it isn't overwhelming.

Ingredients
- 4 - orange roughy filets ( or your favorite white fish)
- 1 cup lime flavored tortilla chips(ground very fine)
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- - zest of 1 lime
- - juice of one lime
How To Make lime crusted fish

Step 1Pour lime juice over fish filets.

Step 2Grind tortilla chips in a food processor until they are very fine.

Step 3Stir in cumin, paprika and zest

Step 4Bake for 12 minutes at 450. ( baking time will very with the variety of fish you use)
