One of my most treasured recipes given to me by my friend Judy in 1965.Serve with my Chopped Egg Sauce

Ingredients For i love salmon loaf

  • 1 1lb can
    salmon drained into a measuring cup
  • 1 8oz pkg
    seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    salmon liquid ( add milk if not enough)
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 2
    eggs, well beaten
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    green pepper, minced

How To Make i love salmon loaf

    Preheat oven to 350

    Combine salmon with remaining ingredients
  • 3
    Place in a greased loaf pan and bake 45 minutes
  • 4
    Serve with my Chopped Egg Sauce
