Ingredients For i love salmon loaf

1 1lb cansalmon drained into a measuring cup

1 8oz pkgseasoned stuffing mix

1 cmilk
-
1/2 csalmon liquid ( add milk if not enough)

4 Tbspbutter, melted
-
2eggs, well beaten
-
2 Tbspparsley, minced
-
1 Tbsponion, minced
-
1 Tbspgreen pepper, minced
How To Make i love salmon loaf

1Preheat oven to 350

2Combine salmon with remaining ingredients

3Place in a greased loaf pan and bake 45 minutes

4Serve with my Chopped Egg Sauce
