  • 1 1lb can(s)
    salmon drained into a measuring cup
  • 1 8oz pkg
    seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 c
    salmon liquid ( add milk if not enough)
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 2
    eggs, well beaten
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    green pepper, minced

How to Make I Love Salmon Loaf


  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine salmon with remaining ingredients
  3. Place in a greased loaf pan and bake 45 minutes
  4. Serve with my Chopped Egg Sauce
