healthy crispy halibut
I love fried fish, but not all the fat, so I made this a couple times and it's crispy and healthier than fried fish. You'll be surprised how good it tastes.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, i used whole wheat
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
- 4 - halibut or flounder fillets
- 1/2 cup 1% milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- - lemon wedges for garnish
How To Make healthy crispy halibut

Step 1Heat oven to 500. In bowl, stir together first 5 ingredients. Pour milk into a shallow bowl. Dip fillets in milk, dredge in bread crumb mix.

Step 2Lightly spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray, heat baking hseet in oven for 3-5 mins. Arrange fillets on baking sheet, drizzle w/ butter. Bake until flaky, about 8-10 mins. Serve w/ lemon wedges.
