I love fried fish, but not all the fat, so I made this a couple times and it's crispy and healthier than fried fish. You'll be surprised how good it tastes.

Ingredients

1/2 c
bread crumbs, i used whole wheat
1/2 tsp
lemon-pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp
garlic salt
1/2 tsp
paprika
1/4 tsp
dried parsley
4
halibut or flounder fillets
1/2 c
1% milk
2 Tbsp
melted butter
lemon wedges for garnish

How to Make Healthy crispy halibut

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 500. In bowl, stir together first 5 ingredients. Pour milk into a shallow bowl. Dip fillets in milk, dredge in bread crumb mix.
  • 2Lightly spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray, heat baking hseet in oven for 3-5 mins. Arrange fillets on baking sheet, drizzle w/ butter. Bake until flaky, about 8-10 mins. Serve w/ lemon wedges.
