This is a good recipe for fish. We eat fish once a week so I try to serve it in a different way every time. We ate it so quickly that I forgot to take a picture. I will update the picture soon.

Ingredients

  • 4 - tuna steaks
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest, grated
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

How To Make grilled tuna steaks

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together except tuna.
  • Step 2
    Pour to zip-closure plastic bag.Add tuna to the liquid and marinate for 2-3 hours in refrigerate.
  • Step 3
    Grill 4-6 minutes on each side and glaze occasionally with the marinade. Serve with lemon wedges,sweet potatoes and salad.
