Buy your fish from a respected market in your area ..
I use 2 pieces of heavy duty foil for BBQ ing salmon ~
TURN ON BBQ FIRST
lay fresh salmon on foil
~ squeeze 1/2 of fresh lemon on salmon
~ slab on mayo with spatula ( like your frosting a cake ;0)
~ sprinkle sea salt / dill / pepper
Seal foil / make a pouch
20 - ++ a few minutes is plenty for salmon
On a low to med flame .
Quick go with on the BBQ
