Very easy to make, but tastes like you spent some time making this! Delicious!! I usually serve w/ rice and a salad.

1-1/2 lb
white fish fillets, like haddock or cod
6 oz
real crabmeat, drained, flaked
2 oz
reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp
light mayonnaise
1 tsp
hot sauce
1 Tbsp
chopped fresh chives
4 Tbsp
breadcrumbs, i used italian style, you can use plain
1 large

How to Make easy crab-stuffed fish fillets


  • 1Heat oven to 350. In a shallow bowl, mix together crab, cream cheese, mayonnaise, hot sauce, breadcrumbs, chives and egg.
  • 2Lay out fish fillets. Spoon equal amounts crab mix onto each fillet. Roll up fillets and secure w/ a toothpick. Wrap each fillet in foil.
  • 3Place fillets on a baking sheet. Bake about 20 mins, or until fish flakes easily.
