Very easy to make, but tastes like you spent some time making this! Delicious!! I usually serve w/ rice and a salad.

  • 1-1/2 lb
    white fish fillets, like haddock or cod
  • 6 oz
    real crabmeat, drained, flaked
  • 2 oz
    reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp
    light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh chives
  • 4 Tbsp
    breadcrumbs, i used italian style, you can use plain
  • 1 large

How to Make easy crab-stuffed fish fillets


  1. Heat oven to 350. In a shallow bowl, mix together crab, cream cheese, mayonnaise, hot sauce, breadcrumbs, chives and egg.
  2. Lay out fish fillets. Spoon equal amounts crab mix onto each fillet. Roll up fillets and secure w/ a toothpick. Wrap each fillet in foil.
  3. Place fillets on a baking sheet. Bake about 20 mins, or until fish flakes easily.
