easy crab-stuffed fish fillets
Very easy to make, but tastes like you spent some time making this! Delicious!! I usually serve w/ rice and a salad.

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pound white fish fillets, like haddock or cod
- 6 ounces real crabmeat, drained, flaked
- 2 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs, i used italian style, you can use plain
- 1 large egg
How To Make easy crab-stuffed fish fillets

Step 1Heat oven to 350. In a shallow bowl, mix together crab, cream cheese, mayonnaise, hot sauce, breadcrumbs, chives and egg.

Step 2Lay out fish fillets. Spoon equal amounts crab mix onto each fillet. Roll up fillets and secure w/ a toothpick. Wrap each fillet in foil.

Step 3Place fillets on a baking sheet. Bake about 20 mins, or until fish flakes easily.
