Ingredients

  • 1lb package bacon
  • 1lb large pealed/deveined 16/20 shrimp
  • Some slice butter
  • 3 cloves garlic or crushed
  • 2 ounces tequila
  • 2 ounces hot sauce ( good)
  • 1 - uncut loaf of sour dough bread

How To Make drunkin' shrimp

  • Step 1
    In Heavey Skilet over Med high Heat , saute' bacon wrapped Shrimp in butter, abt 3 mins per side, if the butter browns that is fine. Add garlic , saute' 90 seconds Ps Wrap Pealed Shrimp w/ Bacon & Tooth Pick ( Single Later)
  • Step 2
    Turn off flame or remove from flame & add Tequila , flame off , return to heat and cook abt 1 min, add Hot sauce & turn down heat to Med. cook A minute longer
  • Step 3
    Remove from heat , transfer to individual serving size dishes , serv. With lime & Pull Sour Dough Bread for Dippin' ! Awwwe The Dippin' that's the best part !
