10reduced-fat ritz crackers, crushed
110 oz container philadelphia savory lemon and herb cooking creme
116 oz pkg baby spinach leaves
How To Make creamy tilapia florentine
1Heat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet w/ foil, spray the foil w/ cooking spray. Top each fillet w/ some cooking creme.
2Sprinkle w/ some cracker crumbs. Bake 15 mins, or until fish flakes easily w/ a fork. In lg skillet, over medium heat cook remaining cooking creme and milk, stirring for 2 mins.
3Stir in spinach. Cook until spinach is wilted. Spoon spinach mis over fish and serve.
