How to Make Creamy tilapia florentine
- Heat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet w/ foil, spray the foil w/ cooking spray. Top each fillet w/ some cooking creme.
- Sprinkle w/ some cracker crumbs. Bake 15 mins, or until fish flakes easily w/ a fork. In lg skillet, over medium heat cook remaining cooking creme and milk, stirring for 2 mins.
- Stir in spinach. Cook until spinach is wilted. Spoon spinach mis over fish and serve.
