Found this in a news paper. I changed things. You can use just about any fish. Just watch your cooking time so the fish does not dry out.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    fish filets. the bigger the better. any white fish will work. i used catfish.
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise, fat-free,or light
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    hot sauce
  • 1/4 c
    fresh parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c
    real butter,melted
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    seasoning salt

How to Make Bob W, Baked fish with cheese.

Step-by-Step

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450..
    Place fish filets on a greased foil lined baking sheet. turn up the edges all around to hold juices.. Pour lemon juice over the fish filets.
    Let it rest for ten minutes. No longer then 15 minutes.
  2. Combine all the other ingredients together. Mix well and set a side.
    Set fish in oven and bake for 6-8 minutes, until fish flakes.
    Remove from oven. Set oven to broil. Take chees mixture and gently spread on to the fish filets.
  3. Put the fish back into the oven. Broil till cheese melts and topping is golden brown..
