How to Make Blackened Salmon
1In a small bowl combine all the seasonings.
2cut the salmon in half and put the seasonings on both sides of each piece.
3heat a skillet to med-high...carefully add the butter and olive oil
4place each piece in pan 2-3 mins each side...depending on thickness.....don't over cook, it will become dry...serve with lemon
