Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon, skinless filet
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
How To Make blackened salmon

Step 1In a small bowl combine all the seasonings.

Step 2cut the salmon in half and put the seasonings on both sides of each piece.

Step 3heat a skillet to med-high...carefully add the butter and olive oil

Step 4place each piece in pan 2-3 mins each side...depending on thickness.....don't over cook, it will become dry...serve with lemon
