1 lbsalmon, skinless filet
1/4 tsponion powder
1/4 tspgarlic powder
1/4 tspcayenne pepper
1/4 tspred pepper flakes
1 Tbspolive oil
How to Make Blackened Salmon
- In a small bowl combine all the seasonings.
- cut the salmon in half and put the seasonings on both sides of each piece.
- heat a skillet to med-high...carefully add the butter and olive oil
- place each piece in pan 2-3 mins each side...depending on thickness.....don't over cook, it will become dry...serve with lemon
