Ingredients
- 4 - catfish fillets
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1 - 10 oz pkg ranch salad dressing mix
- 2 - small cans french fried onion rings
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
How To Make baked onion catfish

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and ranch dressing mix in bowl. Pour 3/4 cup of mix into a shallow bowl.

Step 2Crush the onion rings in a lg plastic, resealable bag. Place crumbs in a shallow bowl. Dip each fillet into sour cream mix, then into onion rings, coat evenly.

Step 3Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Place fillets in pan. Bake 20 mins, or until fish flake easily. Serve w/ reserved sour cream mix.
