    catfish fillets
  • 1 c
    light sour cream
  • 1
    10 oz pkg ranch salad dressing mix
  • 2
    small cans french fried onion rings
  • 1 c
    light mayonnaise

How to Make Baked onion catfish


  1. Heat oven to 350. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and ranch dressing mix in bowl. Pour 3/4 cup of mix into a shallow bowl.
  2. Crush the onion rings in a lg plastic, resealable bag. Place crumbs in a shallow bowl. Dip each fillet into sour cream mix, then into onion rings, coat evenly.
  3. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Place fillets in pan. Bake 20 mins, or until fish flake easily. Serve w/ reserved sour cream mix.
