1zest of 1 lemon

1 lbcod fish fillets
How to Make Baked Cod with Lemon Scented Bread Crumbs
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and spray a glass baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Place fish in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top evenly with bread crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Sauté bread crumbs in butter over medium heat until lightly browned.
- Remove from heat and add salt, pepper, parsley, and lemon zest.
- Place fish in baking dish. Top evenly with bread crumb mixture and bake in pre heated oven for 20 minutes.
