Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 - salmon filets, skin removed (6 oz. each)
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- - salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make baked balsamic salmon

Step 1Preheat oven to 375F. Coat an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2Mix oil and vinegar together in a small bowl.

Step 3Place salmon fillets in prepared baking dish and rub garlic into them. Pour oil and vinegar over them, turning once to coat.

Step 4Sprinkle with cilantro and basil and season with salt and pepper.

Step 5Let marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Step 6Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily and is no longer transparent in center.

Step 7Drizzle some of the sauce over each piece to serve.
