My family loves this simple way to cook salmon.

Ingredients

  • 6
    salmon fillets (4 oz. each)
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 3 tsp
    parsley flakes
  • 3/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 4 Tbsp
    sesame oil

How to Make Asian Salmon

Step-by-Step

  1. For each fillet, sprinkle evenly with : 1/8 tsp. garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. ginger, and 1/3 tsp. parsley flakes.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the fillets in the skillet.
  3. Cook for about 4 minutes. Then turn the fillet s over. Cook another 3 minutes or until done. It should feel firm to the touch.
