zelda's asian stuffed peppers
I have been thinking of this for awhile and decided to try it. It turned out really well. All my family and friends loved it. Hope you will like it too.

Ingredients
- 4 medium chicken breast filets {diced in 1 inch pieces}
- 4 cups minute rice, uncooked
- 1 bunch green onions chopped
- 3 medium eggs scrambled with chicken
- 6 large bell peppers {your choice}
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 can tomato sauce {large can}
- 4 cups cheddar cheese
- MARINADE FOR CHICKEN
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 pinch five spice
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic

Step 1Take the chicken and place it in the bag with marinade and let set in fridge overnight. Then remove from bag and cook in Skillet with olive oil. When Chicken is about done add eggs. Then set to side to cool down. Take large bowl add Chicken egg mixture, minute rice uncooked, the green onions and tomato sauce. Mix well. After peppers cleaned out put mixture in peppers. Place in pan and bake 50 minutes. Then remove from oven add cheddar cheese to peppers and place back in oven for 10 minutes. You may want to cover with foil the first 50 minutes.
