This the very first dinner I cooked for my husband when we first started dating. We got caught up in such a wonderful conversation, I forgot the time.By the time we got to dinner, well, the spaghetti that had come through was crunchy on top,and he loved it.He said it added texture, it also helped he'd never had this dish before. I add just 2T of sherry, only because I like the flavor it adds,it's completely optional. This is pretty much fool proof, it always turns out, with or with-out great conversation!
