Ingredients
- 2 - chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 1 cup soy sauce, low sodium
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar, lightly packed
- 4 - garlic cloves, smashed
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 pinch ginger powder
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 bunch lettuce leaves
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 - scallion chopped
- - rice noodles, crunchy
- - sesame seeds
How To Make sweet, savory & spicy chicken lettuce wraps

Step 1Chopped chicken breast into small pieces ( can also use ground).

Step 2for sauce, combine the rest of ingredients, except the lettuce,rice noodles, sesame seeds and canola oil

Step 3in a wok (or skillet) cook the chicken in the canola oil.

Step 4add in the sauce mixture and simmer about 20 mins.

Step 5Fill each lettuce leaf with the chicken mixture and garnish with the crunchy rice noodles and sesame seeds...YUM
